We facilitate CPD workshops using a creative canvas approach, enabling participants to re-visit their core purpose as an educator and the ‘value’ they bring through their role. We explore several perspectives such as stakeholders, relationships, resources, benefits, costs etc. The aim is to help participants to envision the bigger picture and gain insights into future possibilities, engendering professional and personal benefits. This ‘entrepreneurial’ approach may also be utilised in further work with learners’, helping to promote entrepreneurial thinking and attitudes.

Participants receive CPD certificate or may opt for formal accreditation of skills.
